Debbie Potts has been in the fitness industry since 1993 at Western Washington University where she studied exercise science and managed the campus fitness & wellness center. Debbie since then has been one of the top personal trainers and fitness coordinator the Highline YMCA, Bellevue Club and then started her own fitness business, Fitness Forward, full time in 2006. Debbie is experienced and trained in a variety of fitness disciplines including functional strength training, prehab/rehab, STOTT Pilates mat, Yoga Fit, TRX Suspension training TRX Rip Training, Newton Natural Running and USAT coaching. Debbie focuses on creating programs for clients based on their needs, goals and posture assessments. Debbie has learned the importance of proper form, alignment and correct muscle activation and how to work on re-aligning the body. Learn how to activate your core, improve sports performance, metabolism and how to move more efficiently in daily movements. Debbie also coaches athletes individually and in small group.
